2 Weeks 2 Late

These past 2 weeks I haven't made a blog post but I did manage to get some things with Jacob and Omar on my film Tenia done. I hope to complete and easier film this next week in order to turn in for credit. I won't try to half ass it so that way I could make it as good as I want too.

This past week I started to work on a score for Jacob's suicide PSA and we'll be hopefully done with it by next Fri. I also got to watch Irreversible & Enter The Void with Omar & Jacob to explain the type of vibe and camera angles I wanted in my horror flick. I'm planning to work on a script and storyboard over the weekend so hopefully I get a a lot finished then I could shoot ASAP. I'm in need of Actors & Extras dough so this is the difficult part but I'm willing to put the effort in to make it a good film I'll leave High school proud of.

This past week I've come up with a storyline for my horror flick and I'm just looking for the right people to cast and the locations. I've also messed around with the whole directing process and I've come to realize that editing is greatly needed to finish it. I'll also need extras for a scene that takes place at a party so those of you who are interested would come out in the background having a few drinks and conversing for a couple minutes. I'll need another extra to play a victim and a witness as well so anybody who is interested please let me know I'd gladly appreciate it.

This week I've decided to work on a thriller which would be played in reverse chronological order based on a little girl's lucid dream. It will be entitled "Tenia", when translated into English means "Tapeworm". I'll need some pretty gruesome, obscure and horrific ideas so, I'll most likely need the help of Omar to come up with some and Wilma's boyfriend David to direct it since he's good with a camera. The song I'll be using throughout the film is called "Rectum" written by Thomas Bangalter who is 1/2 of Daft Punk the song is very unsettling to listen to in a dark room. Along with the red light and darkness I plan to be shooting in I hope the song gives it more depth for the audience. If anybody has any input or would like to partake in this I'd greatly appreciate it.

This past week I acted in Wilma's film and were almost finished I also collaborated with Jacob on some ideas for a weird obscure angle type scary short film based on some films directed by Gaspar Noe that I show'd him hopefully it comes out cooler than I expect.

This past week I acted in Wilma's film with Ruth and it was pretty trippy because I swam in Wilma's pool. I started working on a food comedy sketch with Little Whopper in which we will make a Bacon Turtle Burger, Juicy Lucy Burger, Kool-Aid Donuts, Pizza and a Kiwi Mango layered smoothie it'll be similar to like a Food Network type show but not as lame and boring. I want to get started on other projects that are bit more obscure, it seems like there a lot of really good ideas people have but they often lose sight of.

Last Week

This past week I've decided to work on a suicide prevention PSA also I'm planning to start filming with Wilma and Ruth on a film Wilma came up with starting this Tuesday. So far I've had no intentions of working with other people on somethings that I've been putting together. I've had some sort of 90's-esque type comedy skit in mind that I've been wanting to film. It'd be similar to shows you'd see on television during the 90's such as Cheers, Frasier and Seinfeld and so on the point of it is to be as funny as possible by just regular things occurring and give it that vibe that it was filmed sometime during Generation X.
